How we deliver your order
Small items are sent via Royal Mail. Everything else, including all computers, is shipped with DPD, ‘the UK’s most sustainable delivery company’.
Your delivery is fully trackable, from the moment it leaves us to when it arrives with you. You’ll receive notification, by SMS and email, of a one-hour delivery window - so you know when to be in to receive your delivery.
If your plans change at the last minute, through DPD you have the option to:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
- Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday

How we package your order
We want you to receive your product just as we packed it - whether it’s just a short cable or a top of the range gaming desktop computer.
Smaller items go out in packets protected by pink anti-static bubble wrap. This is treated to prevent the build up of static electricity, which can damage electrical products. The high quality bubble film cushions your order against shock and vibration.
Larger items, including all computers, are placed inside air packaging units and then into robust cardboard boxes.

At last I've found a computer shop that isn't a sales shop that hassles you to buy. the reason i contacted the Peach Store, i was after a lap top, they advertise refurbished PC'c Laptops Phones etc. The machine I ordered, is an HP elitebook.

I was recommended to check Peach Stores
I was recommended to check Peach Stores store for a refurbished laptop with a specs to use for armature video editing to replace my Lenovo and found one close to my older Lenovo IdealPad, I located Lenovo Yoga and with the help of "Andrew" from Peach Stores I was comfortable with its secs I was hesitant as I had no experience with Refurbished devices I was give the assurance of 2 years warranty and 30 days money back.

I took a long time searching for a new/refurb laptop. My research paid off because I was delighted with my Dell computer. That was two months ago and I am happy. The delivery and packaging were done with great care. The staff I talked were Just nicely honest with no hard selling.
